Sales Coordinator (Pre-Sales / Confirmation Specialist)

As a Sales Coordinator at Ecomadarsh, you are the first point of contact for entrepreneurs and manufacturers looking to build brands on Amazon. You will filter leads, manage intake workflows, and ensure only qualified candidates reach the strategy phase. 

This is not a "cold calling" role; it is a "consultative guidance" role. You will work directly with the Founder to streamline the onboarding of high-ticket DFU and Mentorship clients.​

Responsibilities

  • Confirm, remind and manage scheduled sales calls to improve show-up rate.
  • Use WhatsApp/SMS/calls and email for confirmations.
  • Update CRM and pass clean leads to closers with detailed pre-call notes.
  • Run daily show-up reports and suggest process improvements.
  • Reschedule leads when required and follow up on no-shows.
  • Help reduce cancellation and increase attendance rates.

Must Have

  • Excellent written & spoken English.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Zoom/Meet, and basic CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Monday, or Google Sheets).
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
  • 6 months+ experience in telecalling / appointment setting / customer support (preferred).
  • Reliable internet & smartphone.

Nice to have

  • Experience with appointment scheduling tools (Calendly, Acuity).
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales coordination for coaching / SaaS / training.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and simple reporting.
